Terms & Conditions for 1:1 Sessions and Programs
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase for any 1:1 session, program, or related offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree that all content included in these programs and sessions may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without written permission from Sorina.
2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the inclusion of intellectual property, all purchases are subject to a no-refund policy. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Scheduling Policy for 1:1 Sessions
Live sessions, including 1:1 calls, are intended to be scheduled promptly after purchase — ideally within two (2) months. Scheduling a session several months after purchase falls outside the normal context of the work and is considered unclaimed.
4. Responsibility and Mutual Consideration
Sorina’s work relies on mutual respect and personal responsibility. All clients are expected to respect timeframes and scheduling standards. Delays in scheduling do not obligate Sorina to hold space indefinitely. Clients are responsible for communicating in a timely manner if additional scheduling considerations are needed.
5. Ethics and Behavioral Standards
Sorina maintains a professional environment free from abuse, manipulation, or double standards. All clients are expected to uphold integrity and ethical conduct in their interactions. Short-notice requests, entitlement-based behaviors, or attempts to manipulate timelines are considered breaches of these standards.
6. Time-Sensitive Nature of Transformational Work
All live sessions are context-dependent, meaning their relevance, timeliness, and energetic alignment are essential for the work to be effective. Sessions cannot be considered equivalent if requested long after purchase or outside the intended timeframe.
7. Partial Delivery / Existing Content
If part of a purchase includes a program, course, or masterclass already delivered, that portion is considered fulfilled. Any remaining live session(s) are subject to the scheduling policies above.
8. Commitment to a Healthy Paradigm
This stance aligns with Sorina’s commitment to dismantle abusive or manipulative behaviors in the client-healer relationship and uphold a paradigm based on respect, integrity, and clear boundaries.
9. Documentation and Proof
Sorina maintains records of all communications and scheduling agreements. These may be used to verify compliance with Terms & Conditions in case of disputes, including PayPal or other payment processors.
